The Facilities Assistant role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Assistant to join their team. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This is a temporary role, starting on Tuesday, 17th September, until Friday, 28th September, hourly rate is £12.00p/h.

Duties of the Facilities Assistant:

* Supervise and coordinate contractors for facility repairs and upgrades

* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

* Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings

* Respond to facility-related emergencies or issues in a timely manner

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

The ideal Facilities Assistant will have:

* Experience in the same or similar role

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred
