We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our client’s small team in Thetford, Norfolk.
This is a full-time, permanent position working from 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and comes with an annual salary of £24,000 per annum with commission, meaning annual on target earnings of £26k - £30k.
The Company
Our client is a successful and well-established outsourced sales and market research firm with a small team of five. They offer telesales, digital marketing, and market research services for a broad range of companies, from software to retail, manufacturing to defence – both in the UK and globally, too.
They have a supportive, studious working environment where they take their work seriously. It’s a busy business, where each day the team represent a different client. This makes the work varied and pretty interesting as there’s always something new to learn.
The Job
This is a varied role, where you’ll be working on different client’s needs each day, working with clients and the team to formulate marketing strategy and plan how to execute this. Other duties will involve:
* Sending and monitoring client email campaigns.
* Creating, scheduling, and engaging with social media posts.
* Designing brochures, leaflets, whitepapers, and posters.
* Writing newsletters, case studies and industry articles.
* Reporting on campaigns with reference to analytics.
* Disciplined in reviewing work and making final tweaks.
* Liaising with clients with project updates.
* Website review and manipulation.
* SEO reviews and improvements
Requirements
* Experience working in marketing role, and/or in possession of marketing qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Microsoft 365 proficient. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Social Media platform experience (as a user and poster of articles)
* Website creation experience is a benefit but not essential
