You will be working as part of a dynamic team and play a key role in negotiating and securing battery storage options, wayleaves, easements, and compensation claims for agricultural losses. This position offers diverse and rewarding responsibilities within a collaborative environment.
What will I be doing?
Secure wayleave consents, easements, and land access permissions.
Negotiate and resolve agricultural, wayleave, and property loss claims.
Engage with grantors, customers, land agents, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
Attend site meetings and provide technical advice to colleagues and contractors.
What do I need?
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
High levels of motivation, organization, and IT literacy.
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
Ideally, two A-levels, an HND, or a degree in a related field.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to further professional development.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
A background in Property Law, Agriculture, Land Management, Environment, Valuation, or a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience.
A willingness to pursue professional accreditation with RICS (including AssocRICS) or CAAV if not already qualified.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
