Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with special educational needs.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable but not essential).

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) would be an advantage.
