Application Requirements: We’re looking for a candidate who:
• Has experience working with children with special educational needs (experience with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH is a bonus).
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Holds an enhanced DBS check (or is willing to undergo one).
• Shows a genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils with SEN in both group and 1:1 settings.
• Helping to implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and behaviour strategies.
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress.
• Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Promoting positive social interactions and independence skills.
