Excell Supply is a leading provider of supply teaching staff across the UK, and we are currently seeking dedicated Supply Humanities Teachers to work in secondary schools in the Telford area. If you have a passion for teaching and a strong background in Humanities (History, Geography, RE, or Social Sciences), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in Humanities subjects (History, Geography, Religious Education, and other related topics)

* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

* Adapting lesson plans to suit the needs of different year groups and abilities

* Supporting students’ academic development and personal growth

* Providing feedback to students on their work and progress

* Following school policies and adhering to safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the Humanities disciplines

* Previous experience teaching Humanities at secondary school level (preferred but not essential)

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills

* A passion for inspiring and motivating young people.

* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
