Year 2 Class Teacher required – Stretford, Trafford.

Role:

* Year 2 Class Teacher at primary in Stretford, Trafford.

* Start date: Tuesday 22nd April,

* Contract: Long term, possible Temp-to-Perm for the right person.

* Pay: £(Apply online only)/day DOE for first 12 weeks.

* Scale rate from 13th week of placement onwards.

* Paid PAYE by Now Education, we don't use umbrella companies!

What You'll Do:

* Plan & deliver engaging lessons for your Year 2 class.

* There are several students with complex SEND including Autism, Learning needs and SEMH.

* Differenciate to meet the needs of each pupil in your class.

* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

* Moniter & assess students throughout.

* Uphold high standards of behaviour while encouraging mutual respect and independence.

* Collaborate with school staff and contribute to school activities.

* Attend meeting or briefings as and when required.

* Collaborate with parents, TAs, SLT, school admin & outside professionals if needed.

About You:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Up to date CV with a complete education & work history.

* Valid DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).

* Right to Work, Proof of Address, & NI number.

* Minimum of 2 references.

* Prior experience of teaching primary children with SEND.

* Year 2 Teacher, Y2 Teacher, Year 2 Class Teacher, Key Stage 1 Teacher, KS1 Teacher Primary Class Teacher, Primary Teacher, SEN Teacher, SEND Teacher or Special Needs Teacher.
