Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging role in a critical healthcare environment? Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
Ensure the reliable operation of heating, cooling, and water systems to support the healthcare environment.
Respond quickly and efficiently to breakdowns, minimising downtime and maintaining essential healthcare services.
Carry out fault-finding, repairs, and installations on a range of mechanical equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the facilities management team and other engineers to maintain optimal performance of mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations.What We Offer:
Salary: £35,600 per annum.
Holidays: 24 days + 8 bank holidays.
Shifts: Rotating early, mid, and late shifts to ensure 24/7 site coverage.

Fully qualified mechanical engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with experience in building services maintenance.
Strong background in maintaining mechanical systems such as HVAC, boilers, pumps, and ventilation.
Experience working in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) guidance for healthcare environments.
Ability to work shifts, including early, mid, and late rotations.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
