Location: Newbury (3 days working from home)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Overview:

Working for a leading housing association, you will deal with tenant queries and case management, ensuring customers’ needs are met through supportive and timely responses.

A typical week:

* Deal with housing-related customer queries

* Provide support via phone, email, & digital channels

* Engage in case management for tenancy issues

* Collaborate within a supportive team environment

You'll need the following:

* Experience in housing & customer service

* Strong organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate

* Effective problem-solving skills with a risk-aware approach

* Confident IT skills
