About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated

HVAC Improver

to join our clients team and support our qualified engineers in delivering top-quality HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role is ideal for someone with basic HVAC experience who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist qualified engineers with the installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating equipment.

Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance tasks.

Conduct basic fault-finding and component replacement under the guidance of senior engineers.

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are prepared for each job.

Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including service reports and timesheets.

Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site and follow safe working practices.

Liaise professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth job completion.

Take part in on-the-job training to improve technical knowledge and skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

NVQ Level 2 (or working towards) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a similar discipline is desirable.

F-Gas Cat 4 certification is a plus.

Understanding of health and safety regulations in the HVAC industry.

A willingness to learn and progress within the field.

Full UK driving license.
