The Role:
As an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing. Working in a supportive and dynamic team, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise within a respected firm known for its exceptional client service and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

* Managing files independently, with support and guidance from experienced team members.

* Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

* Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, compliance, and client service.

About You:

* Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or a candidate on the route to qualification in conveyancing.

* A keen interest in residential property law with a commitment to delivering a top-quality client experience.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

* A proactive approach, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
