My client are an industry leader in the power tool industry, they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a UK Sales & Marketing manager to join their team.

This is a fully remote role

The Role

* Manage a team of 10 + across sales & marketing

* Manage a division with a turnover £12M - £15M

* Increase turnover across division

* Man manage an exisiting and established department, as well as oversee the development of a new division

* Work with wholesale & distributor channels - Toolbank, Toolstream, Toolstop

* Implementation of pricing, order management & delivery

* Recruitment & performance management

The Candidate

* Experience managing a team of both sales & marketing professionals

* Industry experience - Tooling, cutting tools, power tools

* Full UK Driving license

£75K - £90K + 50% bonus + car allowance - £6000pa + pension + benefits
