We are currently working with a nursery who are looking for a Nursery Manager to join their team in the vibrant city of London, where culture, history, and innovation meet.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children

Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support

Develop and implement educational programs and activities

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and communication

Requirements

Recognised level 6 qualification or above in Early Childhood Education

At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work full-time hours from 8am to 6pm

Available to start as soon as possible
