Role: Sales Team Manager

Location: On-site - Central Manchester

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £60k)

Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Between 8.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the business and lead a team of 10 sales executives. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a continously expanding business and drive the sales, whilst developing and expanding the team.

The role will involve:

* Running an inbound B2B sales team of 10 agents

* Warm leads through website/calls

* Managing the team

* Motivating the team

* Call listening/on the job L&D.

* Driving targets

* Behaviour management

* Discipling where required,

* Looking at data, won’t be doing the sales themselves or will be very minimal.

* Future recruitment

What they are looking for:

* Doesn’t necessarily need an energy background but is helpful.

* Experience of running a sales team of similar size

* Someone who is mature and doesn’t get involved with the team too much

* Confident leader/motivational

* High Energy
