Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £5,000-£10,000 commission scheme per annum + benefits

Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage their dynamic team of eight Internal Account Managers. This is an exciting time to join a thriving company with a supportive, friendly, and professional work culture.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the business owners, you’ll lead, inspire, and manage the internal sales team to achieve exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
* Setting targets, goals, and incentives in collaboration with company leadership.
* Monitoring and reporting on team performance against KPIs.
* Coaching and developing both new and existing team members to reach their potential.
* Recruiting and onboarding new talent as the team continues to expand.
* Maintaining strong relationships with key clients through account management.
This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
