Pay: £110-£130 per day

Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment consultancy specialising in Primary and SEND education. We offer our teaching staff the opportunity to take on day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of primary schools across Sussex.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Key Stage 1 teacher to join the network of excellent schools we service in Burgess Hill. Whether you’re an experienced teacher seeking flexible working options or an NQT/ECT aiming to gain more classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a desirable primary school in the area.

In your role, you will deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students are engaged and progressing during your time with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
Adapt to different school environments and teaching practices.
Ensure that all students receive equal opportunities for learning and development.
✅ Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
️ Current DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply.
