Property Litigation Solicitor

Seeking an experienced Property Litigation Adviser to join a well-established law firm. The successful candidate should have expertise in property litigation and preferably commercial disputes.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting client meetings, legal research, drafting documents, and demonstrating business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

5 years + PQE
Manage your own caseload and handle financial housekeeping.
Conduct meetings with clients, both in-person and remotely.
Assess legal issues, conduct legal research, and provide advice on costs and scope of work.
Draft documents and letters of advice.
Demonstrate strong business development skills and experience.
Stay up to date with law and practice.
