* Proficiency in Salesforce tools, including reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.

* Excellent communication skills to clearly present insights and strategies to senior stakeholders.

* Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms) is a plus.
