Niyaa People require a Voids Surveyor to join a housing association in the west midlands. The Voids Surveyor is responsible for carrying out empty homes surveys predominantly across Coventry and Nuneaton. This role requires a Basic DBS.

There is a permanent role available which you'll be able to apply for after a few months in post with a Van provided.

Voids Surveyor duties:

Spec up void properties, build schedule of works and issue to external contractor
Ensure that pre and post inspections are carried out to a high standard
Ensure all works are carried out within target times
Manage works to compeltetion overseeing contractors on site
To provide technical advice and support to internal and external customers
Carry out 4-5 surveys per day
What is required for the role:

Social Housing Voids surveying experience
Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislations
Experience in a similar role
Basic DBS
