We are delighted to be exclusively working with a market leading, international business based in Rugby. This company are at the forefront of innovation in their sector and have exciting growth plans in the pipeline. We are seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join the finance team. You will play a pivotal role in preparing management accounts, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with tax and government regulations.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £43,000.00 dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate and timely Management Accounts, financial reports, and analyses, including inter-company balancing, journal preparation, and calculations.
Complete Group Reporting packs to the highest standard.
Manage the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory filings.
Produce Cost Centre Reports, investigate variances, and support audit preparation.
Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring funds meet business needs and comply with Group Treasury directives.
Provide insightful reports to support management and business partner decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to ensure smooth financial operations.Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

Proven experience in month-end processes and management accounts preparation, or a background in audit practice.
Studying towards completion of ACCA, CIMA or QBE.
Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is desirable.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
Professional and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits Include:
