Pay Range: £150 - £220 per day for Qualified Teachers, £100 - £160 per day for Unqualified Teachers

Overview:

Supply Desk are partnering with a Secondary School located in Salisbury, seeking a dedicated Art Teacher for maternity cover starting in September 2024. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to engage with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, fostering their creativity and appreciation for the arts. The contract will be for the whole academic year until July 2025 working in a supportive Art Department. Whether you're an experienced Art Teacher seeking a temporary role or an ECT with a passion for art education, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver dynamic Art lessons in KS3 and KS4. 
Cultivate an inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Art or related field (required)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Demonstrated experience teaching Art to secondary school students
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
