Role Overview: As their new Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence. You'll ensure their services meet legal standards, customer expectations, and health and safety guidelines. Your eye for detail and commitment to improvement will drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
" Understand customer needs and develop effective quality control processes.
" Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
" Set requirements for raw materials and monitor supplier compliance.
" Oversee product development procedures and identify deviations from quality standards.
" Inspect final output and approve or reject products.
" Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
" Solicit feedback from customers and submit detailed reports.

Requirements:
" Proven experience as a quality manager for health and social care services
" Conscientious, responsible, and results-driven.
" Outstanding communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
" Proficient in MS Office.
" In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards.
" Hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to work across multiple locations within the Midlands
