An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Uxbridge as an experienced Credit Controller. The role would suit someone who excels in a fast paced environment and responds positively to working under pressure. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:00PM. Predominantly working from home with one day per month in their office in Stockley Park

As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

Maximise cash collections through proactive telephone, email and written communications with debtors
Achieve maximum number of reinstated cancelled direct debits
Reduce debtor days through timely communications and proactive resolution with debtors
Accurate allocation of collections on inhouse credit control software

The successful Credit Controller will have the following related skills / experience

Professionally handle difficult phone conversations with customers whilst representing the company values
Excellent IT skills with the ability to work across multiple systems seamlessly
Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP
