Astute Recruitment are working with an established company in Uttoxeter to recruit an Account Manager in their direct and online sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with Sales and/or Finance experience to come and grow within a fantastic company.

Duties include:

* Supporting and promoting the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease (B2B)

* Negotiating finance rates and co-ordinating each stage of the customer transaction

* A high level of telephone interaction with customers, the field-based sales team and dealer sales personnel

* Achieving profitability and margin objectives

* Making outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries

* Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel

* Build, manage and maintain sales pipelines

As the Account Manager you will be confident and decisive, have a drive for results and be a great team player. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of hire purchase, leasing or B2B lending and ideally come from a finance, construction or sales background.

In return you will be offered a salary of £27,000 to £29,000 plus discretionary sales bonus, up to 50% salary opportunity and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the following benefits:

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm with 45 minutes for lunch. Hybrid working - two days home working, three days office working - with induction training to be conducted from the office for 6 months
