We are currently seeking a Plumber to join a well-established team, covering care homes, supported living, and independent living properties across Birmingham postcodes. This role is perfect for someone looking for job security, steady hours, and a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities of the Plumber

Carrying out a mix of reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across a variety of homes for older people including:
Installing radiators and valves
Changing taps and mixer showers
Replacing leaking pipe work and isolation valves
Topping up pressure on boilers
Changing toilets, sinks & shower trays
Replacing auto air vents
Replacing shower drain pumps
Clearing waste blockages
Utilising a tablet to receive and complete jobs
Completing other minor repairs beyond plumbing, including tightening fixtures, changing lightbulbs and repairing door handles

Requirements of the Plumber:

Plumbing experience in residential or social housing settings
Comfortable in a customer-facing role, working with elderly residents
Ability to handle minor repairs beyond plumbing
NVQ level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
