Customer Service and Sales Advisor - Join Our Growing Team and Make a Real Impact!

We're hiring a Customer Service and Sales Advisor at Securasite as part of our exciting growth plans. Join our close-knit team in Dudley, where you’ll be part of a dynamic company that rewards hard work with a generous salary of up to £32,000, we are looking for an individual who is motivated by career progression and is keen to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Efficiently handle and process customer orders received via phone, email, and website, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Make proactive calls to customers regarding delivery dates, alternative product choices, and assist in providing solutions for out-of-stock items.

Build relationships by offering excellent customer service, upselling products, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Collaborate with the sales team to assist in preparing quotes, arranging VIP deliveries, and maintaining customer records.

Address customer queries and complaints through to resolution, coordinating with relevant internal teams to achieve the best outcomes.

Engage in brand marketing through attending industry events and utilising platforms such as LinkedIn to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service, sales administration, or sales support roles.

A pro-active individual, with a passion for career progression. This role will lead to internal promotion to Office Manager.

Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (particularly Excel).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

A team player with a positive mindset who thrives under deadlines and loves problem-solving.
