Job Title: Property Administrator
Location: Wells
Job Type: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break) Plus, alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm, with a ½ day back in lieu for each Saturday worked.

Job Description

Greeting clients and handling customer inquiries effectively
Registering and qualifying new applicants for property sales or purchases
Managing applicant database
Completing administration tasks associated with property sales including booking appointments
Flexible approach to work, assisting with various property sale tasks
On a day-to-day basis, dealing with client enquiries both in and out of the office
Preparing the weekly advertising in conjunction with the branch manager.
Attending contributing to all team/office meetingsSkills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in IT
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
