RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, UP TO£40,000 p.a, PROGRESSION OPPORTUNTIES, INDUSTRY LEADING CONTRACTOR, WEST MIDLANDS BASED, ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR

A great opportunity for a Assistant Estimator / Commercially Estate individual to work for an industry leading Residential Groundwork company. This £100m turnover contractor is now seeking to grow and expand their team in line with the order book which they currently have as well as future plans to grow the business commercially into other markets.

THE ROLE:
You will play a crucial role in the project bidding and tendering process, working closely with the Estimating Director and surveying team.
You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates for Residential Groundworks projects across the Midlands.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Previous experience working on Residential Groundworks projects is preferred but not required.
