With a growing workload from both new clients and repeat business, they are expanding their building surveying team and seeking a Building Surveyor. Last year, the consultancy achieved a £7 million turnover, with £5 million generated by the building surveying team.
This role involves managing projects in the education sector from inception to completion, working on universities, schools, and colleges, with potential to diversify into other sectors as the company grows. Responsibilities include a range of instructions, focusing on design and contract administration for new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and elemental renewal projects.
