Our client is searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive meaningful change in their engineering organisation and lead the team through growth and expansion.

Main Tasks - Engineering Manager,

Leading and coordinating the engineering department for the site 
Identify opportunities for process improvements, technological advancements, and operational efficiencies within the engineering department.
Manage department budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, addressing complex challenges and ensuring best practices are followed
Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
What our client is looking for in an Engineering Manager:

Qualified to degree level in Engineering – ESSENTIAL
Proven experience (5+ years) in an engineering leadership or managerial role – ESSENTIAL
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
Experience with change management, resource allocation, and team development - ESSENTIAL 
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
