Talent Guardian is partnering with a renowned company in Maidstone to find a motivated Case Manager to join their team!
 
Key Responsibilities
People Related Tasks

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the main contact for queries on mortgage applications from Offer to Completion.
Provide timely, accurate responses to calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
Liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, and the underwriting and risk team to ensure compliance and resolve queries.
Escalate issues to the Line Manager as needed. Daily Operations

Follow prescribed procedures, practices, and agreed SLAs.
Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the system.
Handle legal queries and documentation for each application.
Manage the diary system to monitor applications and tasks.
Ensure smooth progression of mortgage applications.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and action emails promptly. Benefits
