Cardiff, CF14 6HA – Hybrid working

*    Full time or part time available (Saturday working as required)

*    £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

The Role

As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced business, helping buyers find their perfect homes while securing the best deals for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

*    Conducting property viewings and assisting potential buyers
*    Managing sales negotiations and driving successful outcomes
*    Handling enquiries and providing top-tier customer service
*    Managing essential office documentation and processes
*    Travelling to properties as needed (car and full driving licence required)

Who We're Looking For:

We want motivated, personable individuals with a natural flair for sales! Ideally, you’ll have face-to-face sales experience, preferably in estate agency – but if you're confident, proactive, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you! About you:

*    Strong communication & negotiation skills
*    Organised, detail-oriented & able to multitask
*    Tech-savvy & comfortable using office software
*    A team player with a customer-focused approach
*    Full UK driving licence & access to a car
