Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to achieve QTS by September 2024

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Willingness to engage with the wider school community
