Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment, but not essential as full training will be given.

What will be expected from you:

As this is an active role, you will be required to support the Transport Team with your efficient administrative skills, in completion of daily driver pre-briefs to ensure high standards of Customer service and driver compliance with all operational processes.

Coordinate daily transport schedules and maintain accurate records
Input and manage data into transport management systems
Engage effectively with drivers, customers, and other departments in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that they are left with a lasting positive impression of the service
Monitor and resolve transport-related queries and issues promptly
Prepare and analyse reports for management as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, adhere to all Company policies and procedure

To undertake prescribed training and development

Of course, you will need to have sound IT knowledge inclusive of Microsoft Word and Excel, accurate keyboard skills and strong attention to detail and ideally CRM system experience.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 10.00hrs – 14.00hrs 20 hours per week.
