Job Title: Medical Equipment Delivery Driver

Location: Leyland

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (with flexibility required; on-call and weekends 1 in 7 weeks)

We are currently recruiting for several drivers to join our team at a national medical equipment provider. This is a rewarding role where you will be responsible for delivering and installing medical equipment to the homes of elderly and vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivery & Installation: Safely deliver and install medical equipment in the homes of elderly and vulnerable clients.

* Heavy Lifting: Ability to manage and handle heavy lifting as part of the equipment installation process.

* Communication: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are informed and comfortable with the installation process.

* On-Call & Flexibility: Flexibility is essential, as the role will include on-call duties and weekends on a rotating 1-in-7-week schedule.

Requirements:

* Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, such as in medical or homecare delivery, is highly desirable.

* DBS Check: A valid DBS check is required.

* References: Ability to provide 2 professional references.

* Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual tasks.

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach.
