£27 per hour(umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner in Swindon. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working with 1 day in the office per week + attendance when formal meetings take place.

The job:

To work on employee relations case management
Support, coach, challenge and empower Directorate line managers in managing people issues (e.g. Disciplinary, Grievance etc.)
Dealing with local trade union (TU) representatives in relation to individual cases or local collective issues
To advise on and participate in staff appointments where appropriate
To contribute to the overall development of the HR team including HR policy development and projectsThe candidate:

Experience managing restructures, complex casework and TUPE is essential

Strong ability and experience in managing all ER complex casework and Change programmes
CIPD qualified, or working towards this with experience of working effectively in a complex organisation
