As a Life & Protection Advisor, your responsibilities will include….

* Successfully converting leads with some self generation from networking etc

* Guiding clients with clarity, care and enthusiasm.

* Ensuring the company’s CRM is kept up to date and all conversations are logged

* Following FCA rules and regulations, whilst keeping up to date with any changes

* Representing Dragonfly Crowd at networking events and exhibitions

* Creating processes and helping to build a team of Life & Protection Advisors

We’re looking for a Life & Protection Advisor who has the following skills and experience…

* Ideally at least 2 year's experience in Life & Protection role

* Previous experience working for an FCA regulated business

* A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results

* Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers

* A strong desire to achieve qualifications and progress in the business

* An RO5 or GR1 qualification is advantageous but not essential

In return, the successful Life & Protection Advisor will receive a salary of £35,000 plus the following benefits…
