Our client is a large national Facilities Management (FM) Service Provider, it is currently looking to hire an experienced Asset and Compliance Manager for a government contract with its head office in Central London.

As the Asset and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of the M&E assets within the portfolio of commercial buildings. With this data you will then create a lifecycle plan for the M&E assets, and keep the CAFM system up-to-date.

In addition, you will also be required to ensure that all M&E assets are up to date with the appropriate legal and statutory compliance regulations. The successful Asset and Compliance Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and have a good understanding of engineering maintenance and have some form or formal training and qualification in M&E.
