Registered Manager - Ofsted

We are seeking a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children's provision within the area of Chorley, Lancashire to join a new 2 bedded home for children with challenging behaviours and backgrounds of trauma.

This organisation are committed to making a difference in the lives of the young people they support, and we are looking for a passionate Registered Manager within Ofsted experience and knowledge to join team in Chorley.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with children and young people, and their families.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or 5).
Strong experience in an Ofsted registered residential setting with vulnerable children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
