Role Overview: Our client is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs in occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and a strong ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair work in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering.
Respond to service requests and emergencies.
Working in and around South London area
Ensure all work meets high standards and health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents and maintain accurate work records.Requirements:

Experience in a similar multi-trade role, preferably in social housing.
Proficiency in at least three trades.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Good communication skills.
A DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicantOffer:

£34k and a van and fuel card
Regular hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
