As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance services. This Field Service Engineer role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

As a Field Service Engineer, your Key Responsibilities would be:

Install, maintain, and repair equipment on site

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure product longevity and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in the field.

Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Document service activities, including maintenance records and reports.

Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and timely service.

To qualify for the Field Service Engineer role, you would need:

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.

An understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and manuals.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to travel and work in various environments.
