The Role
The Product Marketing Lead will drive high-performing marketing campaigns that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strong agency background and experience managing marketing campaigns, mentoring a team, and delivering client presentations. Working in a collaborative, high-performance culture, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in the company’s ongoing growth by managing a team of product marketers and enhancing client success.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with designers and developers. Manage copywriting, creative direction, and analytics to deliver impactful results.
* Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, supporting their professional growth and maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Pitching and Presenting: Confidently present to clients and stakeholders, securing new business and enhancing client relationships through effective pitches and case studies.
Skills and Experience
* Strong agency background with a proven track record in product marketing, ideally within the digital product or mobile development environment.
* Hands-on experience with user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
* Proficient in pitching and presenting to clients, with excellent communication skills.
* Line management experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
* Highly organized and adaptable, with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
