This position is perfect for those who can confidently manage a class, keep learners on task, and support students without the need to plan or mark work.

? What You'll Be Doing

* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

* Keeping students focused, engaged, and behaving appropriately

* Following the school’s behaviour policy and escalating where necessary

* Supporting students using your classroom experience and professional instincts

? What You’ll Need

* Recent experience in a UK school as a TA, Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or Supply Teacher

* Strong presence and the confidence to lead a classroom independently

* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
