The Role
Our customer is seeking to appoint a Kiddie Spray Painter to join the team in their Banbridge Head Quarters. This role suits a candidate with a broad painting background working with a range of materials including, plastic, polycarbonate, fibreglass or car body repair/painting.
The ideal candidate will be experienced from apprentice level and has a desire to learn and undertake various basic maintenance tasks within the warehouse and head office.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Painting/airbrushing the machines..
* Repairing fibreglass and prepping surfaces for painting/airbrushing.
* Being responsible for the upkeep and standards in the paint booth.
* Managing and replenishing all paint and materials that are needed through the Kanban system.
* Assisting with the workshop in repairing and prepping the machines for customer locations, including painting where required.
* Travelling to customer locations to assist with any issues that may need attention.
* Final Setup and Preparation of machines for customers locations
Candidate Specification:
Skills / Experience
* Spray painting
* Airbrushing and finishing surfaces
* Basic understanding of electrics
* Working with fibreglass
* Welding experience would be advantageous.
* Basic maintenance skills and experience working with power tools would be advantageous.
