Benefits

Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneously working closely with Site Managers
Work is fit outs in the leisure and pub sector
Oversee quality control and ensure the site programmeis followed
Working with the Quantity Surveyor ensure site is completed within budget
Produce progress reports to senior management

Required Knowledge & Experience

Experience: Proven experience managing several schemes
Sector: fitout experience preferred
Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
License: Valid UK driving license
