Food Manufacturing Expertise: A background in food manufacturing is essential.
Commitment to Learning: Willingness to learn new processes and improve skills.
Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Decisive: Confident decision-making abilities.
Bonus Points:

Project Management: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Budget Management: Skilled in managing budgets up to £200k per annum.
