Walker & Sloan are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a well-established practice in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects, supporting the Project Architect and ensuring all building details are completed to a high standard. The role requires strong Revit and CAD capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical specifications.

Assisting Project Architects in delivering high-quality designs.

*

Conducting research on materials and construction details to ensure compliance with project requirements.

*

Working independently and within a team to meet deadlines and project objectives.

*

Managing projects independently (for more experienced candidates) with support from Senior Management.

Requirements:

*

Experience in producing detailed technical drawings and specifications.

*

Strong working knowledge of Revit and CAD.

*

Understanding of UK Building Regulations and compliance standards.

*

Ability to research and resolve technical design challenges independently
