£1.5m refurb of a 2-storey building; includes making a couple of structural openings, external drainage, putting in 90 en-suites on ground floor, window replacements etc.
This a building is on a big campus in a live environment, so would suit a client-facing Project Manager that has occupied environment.

The Project Manager must have:
·Occupied premises experience (education / healthcare / commercial etc.)
·Refurbishment background
·Competent programming skills
·Commercial acumen
·Client facing Project Manager
·Excellent communicator
·Track record of delivering projects as the No1 on site

Qualifications needed:
·DBS
·SMSTS & First Aid at Work
