As Service and Repairs Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing and planning lift engineers workloads
Monitoring performance, absences and appraisals
Maintaining and developing customer relations and addressing queries
Ensuring compliance with H&S protocols
Carrying out regular site visitsTo be successful in this role you will have:

A background in lift engineering
NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
Managerial experience is preferred but not essential
Strong technical knowledgeIn return you will receive a lucrative benefits package which includes:
