We seek a Senior Operations Manager with a robust accountancy background, with ACA or ACCA qualifications or equivalent experience. Our client is an accountancy firm with a leading outsourced financial services offering for hospitality and restaurant businesses.

Essential Experience:

* ACA or ACCA qualifications or equivalent experience

* The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry

* Previous experience doing accountancy for hospitality businesses

* A strategic thinker who can integrate various accountancy and operational aspects to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Daily responsibilities:

* Work with the CEO to support staff performance, management and communication

* Be a pivotal leader in connecting clients with outsourced accounting functions in India and the client-facing accountancy team in the UK.

* Be instrumental in fostering relationships with clients predominantly from the hospitality and restaurant sectors.

* To enhance operational procedures and ensure alignment with financial strategies and objectives.

Salary & Benefits:

* Career Progression to Director

* Starting salary of £55,000- £65,000 per annum

* Flexible working – Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday
